DDSR (Digital Document Scanning & Retrieval) Limited was established in 2004 as a document scanning bureau based in North Lanarkshire between Glasgow and Edinburgh. From our dedicated scanning facilities, DDSR LIMITED provides document scanning and management services across the central belt of Scotland and further throughout the UK.
DDSR is an authorised user of unique compression technology that allows documents (even up to A0 size) to be scanned in full colour and compressed to file sizes equivelant to that of black & white scanned files, without compromising image quality and at prices equivelant to that of what others charge for black & white file scanning!
DDSR's customised 200sqm offices allow all scanning services to be provided entirely in-house at our dedicated secure scanning facility with an on-site storage capability of up to 1000 archive boxes.
DDSR premises have 24/7 CCTV, BT Redcare intruder and fire monitoring, which have been installed, monitored and maintained by a NACOSS GOLD approved installation company accredited to BS EN ISO 9002 standards.
All DDSR staff are experienced in document management and have been cleared through Disclosure Scotland. DDSR are registered Data Controllers with the Information Commissioner, registration number Z8648685.
